We are known for our hands-on approach. Our Director, Rado Heriniaina RAZAFINDRAMANITRA, leads our team across Madagascar—by motorbike, 4x4, and on foot—to source the highest-quality precious and semi-precious stones. Our deep knowledge of Madagascar enables us to find exceptional quality of rose quartz and amethyst , even in the most remote areas. Beyond our passion for genuine gemstones, we are deeply committed to supporting local communities by creating jobs and building infrastructure. Our Co-Director, Hasina RAZAFINDRAMANITRA, a graduate of the Institute of Gemology of Madagascar, ensures that only natural, untreated gemstones and high-quality semi-precious stones are selected. Her expertise in lapidary craftsmanship guarantees that each stone meets our rigorous standards for authenticity, quality, and precise cutting and sizing.
As CEO of Lux Aeterna, Gaël BLANDIN drives our brand’s expansion across Asia, utilizing his expertise and extensive network.
With 16 years of experience in Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, Gaël leads Lux Aeterna and ensures seamless access to key markets including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Dubai, and Malaysia.
